Return & Refund Policy

At HR Natural, we care about your satisfaction. If there's an issue with your order, we’re here to resolve it quickly and fairly.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item received is damaged, leaked, defective, or incorrect.

  • You report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items without valid proof (see section 2)

  • Products returned after the 24-hour window

  • Orders made by mistake or where customer changed their mind

2. MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO

To be eligible for a return, you must provide an unboxing video that clearly shows:

  • The parcel before opening

  • The full unsealing/unpacking process

  • The issue (leakage, damage, missing or wrong item)

📌 Note: No claim will be accepted without a proper unboxing video starting before the seal is broken.

3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

  1. Contact us at hello@hrnatural.pk within 24 hours.

  2. Provide:

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the issue

    • A clear unboxing video

Our team will verify and guide you on the return/exchange process.

4. REFUND PROCESS

  1. If your return is approved:

    • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method or as store credit.

    • You will be notified once your refund is initiated.

    Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. EXCHANGES

  1. If eligible, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost.

6. ORDER CANCELLATION

  1. Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and return policy applies.
